Hgr20 / Sfu1605 4 Axis Diy Cnc Kit. Guide Rail, Lead Screws & Accessories

Complete 4 Axis DIY CNC router kit (unbranded Chinese components). + HGR20 rail pairs with carriages - 1m long, 700mm long & 400mm long. + with mounting and assembly accessories. In the 4 weeks it took to come from China I've redesigned my DIY CNC and grown confident enough not to need experimentation. I've already ordered much more expensive Hiwin rails and double-nutted lead screws to replace these items at more than 4x the cost of this kit!

I've opened one 700mm ball screw to get a feel for it (and it feels very good for the price - smooth running with no play). Everything else is unopened and still sealed.

I've only slid the carriages within the packaging but they do feel a little notchy and not smooth running. Firstly, I've been spoiled with very expensive Hiwin rails.

Secondly, I do not think they are filled with grease yet. Grease nipples are supplied but not fitted. 4x Lead screw nut blocks. 4x BF lead screw support bearings. 4x BK lead screw support bearings.

4x Flexible couplings for NEMA23 motors. 4x Flexible couplings for NEMA34 motors. Ball bearing retainers and grease nipples for the carriages. Plastic screw caps for the rails. PLEASE NOTE: THE LENGTH OF EACH LEAD SCREW IS THE TOTAL LENGTH NOT THE LENGTH OF TRAVEL. AS A GUIDE THE APPROXIMATE LENGTH OF TRAVEL (EFFECTIVE STROKE) IS 120mm LESS.
