Brand new never been used or even assembled, I made a mistake and paid what I believe is too much as I didn't realize this kit does not come with two of the required motors for movement or the table, supposedly it runs on mach 3 software and you just need a Windows capable PC but I didn't get that far so I cannot verify that the program software is installed in the controller or not.
