The control board is equipped with a fan to force heat dissipation, also has more fuctions such as support spindle PWM speed, limit switch, tool setting, steering gear. CNC Offline Controller-- This machine can be controlled simply by the offline controller without connecting it to a computer. Support SD card and TF card at the same time, standard capacity 1G. After inserting the file into the SD card, the engraving file can be directly identified. Add the emergency stop button function.
When the engraving machine is working unusually, you can press this button to stop working immediately. Add energency stop button interface. Increase optocoupler isolation: this spindle drive increase the optocoupler isolation, which makes the controler generate less heat and the spindle speed adjustment is more safer. Optimized the Z/Y/Z limit port, making wiring and operation easier. Improved USB interface: The original USB interface is patch soldering, transport collision and improper use, easy to drop, now changed to plug-in, very strong.
Add the power switch button, more safety in the process of using the machine.
